      <title>No network to ruckus switch and no power to access points</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had AT&amp;amp;T Fiber installed this morning, they had to install the gateway on the 1st floor but they said I could now connect a line directly into my Ruckus switch for network but the switch isn't detecting anything. In addition, my access points mounted on the ceiling don't have any power (no lights flashing)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The gateway is working by itself, I have a WiFi network I can join.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve attached a picture of the switch and the lights. The gateway is on a separate floor, the yellow Ethernet cable comes from a demarcation line.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to confirm you are doing a full reset.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unplug switch, hold power button, plug in switch, keep holding power button for 15 seconds until all lights flash multiple times. If the lights only flash once, it is just restarting, not doing a factory reset.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Bit far from me. Instead of using PuTTY and USB to ethernet, I would try using screen and a USBC to USB cord. Use the USBC port to the left of the status button.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Otherwise, some of the other technicians on here may be able to provide more assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
