      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We just a received a new Verizon router and we can't figure out how to reconnect our R510 ceiling access points to it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The app says to look for a Configure.Me wifi that doesn't show up. We also tried resetting it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;May I please know if it was working before? If yes, please&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;note connection must be from a Router or Modem-Router combo device to the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch. It doesn’t work only with Modem.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;You just have to plug the ethernet cable coming from the ISP Router to any 1 in-12 ports on the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch port panel, as described in my previous post guides and images. Once you plug that in, you can reboot (Unplug and plug from the power outlet) your ISP Router and Switch once.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;SSID is a Wi-Fi name you connect to it wirelessly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;We may now need to factory reset the APs. Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new Wi-Fi SSID.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:hsl(0, 75%, 60%);font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;IMPORTANT NOTE:&lt;/U&gt; To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;However, performing the factory reset to the Access Point is necessary here. As described in my previous post, you must unplug all the APs only keeping ONE AP connected to the Switch, and perform a factory reset on the same with all the configuration and this AP will act as a Master AP. Once it is done, you must connect the Unplugged APs back to the Switch, and the Master AP on which you performed a factory reset will transfer the configuration to all the APs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

Now you should see configure.me-xxxxxx Wi-Fi SSID, please connect to the same and complete the configuration on a web browser explained in the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8I5aVwMNMg" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;video&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt; shared in my previous link.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please perform a factory reset on another AP if it doesn’t work on the AP you performed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
