      <title>RUCKUS ICX 7150-C12 switch IP address is invisible</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have an ICX 7150-c12 switch with 3 APs in my house for 3+ years, lately I have trouble to connect to any of my banking apps while using iPhone and speedtest app on iphone also errored out a lot. I was trying to ssh to the devices, the Advanced IP Scanner only shows 3 APs and one of the AP (192.168.1.252) was unplugged from the switch just for debugging. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;This issue may happen when the Switch runs on the Routing code (SPR). The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. If the Switch boots up on the other partition (Due to a power outage/power spike) which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue. To check the same please follow the below process.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please reboot (Unplug and plug from the power outlet) your ISP (Internet Service Provider) Router and ICX Switch once and perform an IP Scan. Please check the other IP Addresses from the IP scan results, by the name of &lt;STRONG&gt;Ruckus Wireless or Brocade Communications&lt;/STRONG&gt; to confirm the IP address of the Switch and access the CLI.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;You should see the Switch Dashboard when you try to access with a web browser, as shown in the below screenshot to confirm it’s a Switch IP Address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since last Saturday I have power cycled the switch more than 10 times, no IP address of the Switch has ever shown up at Adv. IP Scanner. That is the reason I created this Post.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems like that there is a hardware issue on the ICX 7150-C12P switch, it acts as an unmanaged switch, still can pass packets through but behaves very weirdly.&amp;nbsp; Is there a way to run some diagnostic code to test the Switch without IP port being up? Is there any warranty for the Switch?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. Due to a power outage/power spike, the Switch boots up on the other partition which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As I can see from the output you shared, your Switch is booted up on the secondary partition which is running on Routing code (SPR) as highlighted in the below screenshot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
