&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:hsl(0, 0%, 0%);font-size:14px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>No internet connection at switch</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After a power outage we have no internet connection through the Wi-Fi network hooked up with Ruckus. The network shows up on my available networks. I have reset the switch, but doesn’t help. All the lights are green and steady on the switch and the piece on my ceiling.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am very technical not savvy so I need help in very simple terms.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;we do have internet service to our house as we have another router that is working through Spectrum.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I do not have a computer. I only use my phone and an IPad.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Barb&lt;/P&gt;</description>
