      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to update ruckus r510 series. &amp;nbsp; It says I am not connected to unleashed network but I am. &amp;nbsp;I am on iphone 16.5.1 version. &amp;nbsp;I have always been able to update prior only recently is this a problem. &amp;nbsp;I believe I am running 200.13 version in ruckus. &amp;nbsp;Any help would be appreciated as I am not tech savy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;We suggest you Upgrading your R510 Access Points to version 200.14.6.1.199 which is recently released.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

And&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:black;font-size:18px;"&gt;This issue is expected to be fixed in the upcoming Unleashed version 200.14 software release and the App Release.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Also please note, the &lt;STRONG&gt;200.14.6.1.199&lt;/STRONG&gt; Unleashed version is released on 6/28/2023 &lt;STRONG&gt;only for the Web Unleashed System,&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;and it has the fix for the unleashed.ruckuswireless.com DNS issue with the iOS device&lt;/STRONG&gt;. However, the &lt;STRONG&gt;Mobile App release&lt;/STRONG&gt; has been delayed a little as our internal Engineering Team is working on that. We will keep it posted once it is released.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is doing the same thing as before, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still is telling me I am not connected. &amp;nbsp;It is the ruckus unleashed business app right? There is ruckus one and ruckus unleashed and under the unleashed it says business.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am on a 510 series ruckus.&amp;nbsp; the last time the app let me on to update was approximately 6 months ago.&amp;nbsp; i have the new app and tried to sign on but it is saying the same message as before, I am not connected, and I am connected to ruckus.&amp;nbsp; the new app works with same password as before?&amp;nbsp; I am not sure what you are asking me about my access points, Do you mean IP, Gateway, DNS, tell me where to get what you are looking for&lt;/P&gt;</description>
