&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;RUCKUS &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;does not have any support team of technicians to support on-site&amp;nbsp;for Lennar Homes.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please use Putty Application with Silicon Lab COM port. And, please share a screenshot of the device manager showing the COM port information.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Slow and irregular performance, internet disconnects, switch disconnected and won't connect</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Lennar home owner for over 2 years, Ruckus ICX 7150 C12P.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the last 1-2 weeks I've been experiencing slow speeds and loading over both wifi and ethernet connections. Sometimes apps and pages load and sometimes they don't, sometimes an app loads but I can't load certain parts of the app. It's like I'm connected to the internet but not connected at the same time. All of my smart home devices are either not working or intermittent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wifi is up, ethernet is connected, and everything appears to be working, but it doesn't. I checked the switch dashboard using the IP address and I see the Internet disconnects periodically, WIFI Networks shows 1 working, APs shows 2 working, Switches shows 0 working and 1 disconnected. I assume the disconnected switch is the problem, but I can't fix it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I entered the switch IP but it never gets past 'connecting' status. I did the online firmware upgrade to 200.9.10.4.233 but that didn't help. I tried the 'local' upgrade to SPS08095kufi.bin, but it's been stuck on 'Processing' for a while now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've disconnected and reconnected modem, router, and switch. I have not tried a factory reset yet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;As per the case description, I could understand that you have intermittent Internet connectivity via your Lennar home RUCKUS setup.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;This issue may happen when the Switch runs on the Routing code (SPR). The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. If the Switch boots up on the other partition (Due to a power outage/power spike) which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue. To check the same please follow the below process.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;As you mentioned that you have the Switch IP Address, could you please download the Putty Application and try to log in to the CLI using the Switch IP Address from the IP Scan and share the output of the below commands?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

Hopefully you can get this issue fixed for me!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Advanced IP Scanner lists two IP addresses for Ruckus Wireless. .169 is for 'Ruckus-Unleashed.lan' and .201 is for 'Ruckus-Unleashed-228.lan' I don't know the difference, which do I use? .169 appears to route to .201 in PuTTY and internet browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Following the Telnet instructions I open PuTTY, enter the .201 IP, and press 'Open.' The command window appears with no text and a 'PuTTy Fatal Error' window appears that says 'Network error: Connection refused.'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Same thing happens when I try the .169 IP with Telnet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Following the SSH instructions I open PuTTY, enter the .169 IP, and press 'Open.' The command window appears and first asks me to 'login as' so I entered 'admin' and pressed enter. The next prompt that appears is 'Please login:' so I entered 'admin' and pressed enter. The next prompt that appears is 'password:' so I entered 'Lennar' and pressed enter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then some Copyright info and Warning about Unleashed-Managed mode pop up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The next command line that appears is 'rkscli:' so I entered 'enable' and pressed enter but it says 'Command is not recognized: enable.'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Following the SSH instructions I open PuTTY, enter the .169 IP, and press 'Open.' The command window appears and first asks me to 'login as' so I entered 'admin' and pressed enter. The next prompt that appears is 'Please login:' so I entered 'admin' and pressed enter. The next prompt that appears is 'password:' so I entered 'Lennar' and pressed enter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The next command line that appears is 'ruckus&amp;gt;' so I entered 'enable' and pressed enter.&lt;BR /&gt;The next command line that appears is 'ruckus#' so I entered 'show version' and pressed enter. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;After the reboot please run the IP Scan once again and check the IP Addresses if there is any IP with the name Brocade Communications OR Ruckus Wireless.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I unplugged modem, router, ruckus, and plugged back in, waited about 5 min, then ran Advanced IP Scanner again. I only see the same two Ruckus Wireless IPs as before, nothing with ICX or Brocade.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Doesn’t work. Here’s what I did:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m using a Mac to connect. I installed the drivers in the guide. I connected the usb/usbC from the Mac laptop to the ruckus switch. I opened the Mac terminal and entered command ls /dev/cu.* but that returned /dev/cu.Bluetooth-Incoming-Port and nothing about /dev/cu.SiLabs_Serial like the guide said. So when I enter the command screen /dev/cu.SiLabs_Serial 9600 the terminal says there’s no such file or directory and I can’t move past this step.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello - I tried on a Windows 7 OS laptop and once again it does not work. I installed the USB drivers and installed PuTTY and mobaxterm. I cannot find any USB on COM in Device Manager and mobaxterm does not recognize any USB on COM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I greatly appreciate your time and help, but this has become very frustrating.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I decided to log my laptop directly into the router instead of the switch and try Advanced IP Scanner again. Miraculously, it has detected an IP address for ICX7150-C12-Router.lan. I tried the SSH method in PuTTY again and I got in. Please see screen shots below for command outputs! &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;This issue is because your switch is running on the Routing code (SPR). The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. Due to a power outage/power spike, the Switch boots up on the other partition which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As I can see from the output you shared, your Switch is booted up on the secondary partition which is running on Routing code (SPR) as highlighted in the below screenshot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
