&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:14px;"&gt;2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Quick guide? First off your software only cover Mac OS from 2016! Who has a computer running an OS that old? I tried it and it was a waste of my time. I just finished downloading the programs for a PC but it seems my cable isn’t compatible. I tried using a USB to USB-C data transfer cable is already had. I’m guessing I have to go buy a dedicated USB to USB-C cable for this to communicate?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
