    <description>Hi Dan,&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;I do have the mobile app - still unable&amp;nbsp;to connect to the Unleashed Dashboard.&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;I also tried 'arp -a' with Mac's terminal, and tried all the IP addresses provided (&lt;A href="https://IP" rel="nofollow"&gt;https://IP&lt;/A&gt; ADDRESS) - but also was not able to connect to the Unleashed Dashboard.       <description>After changing my modem/router, I am no longer able to connect to the Ruckus Unleashed Dashboard (unleashed.ruckuswireless.com)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;My wireless APs are still working though - most of my wireless devices were able to connect and obtain internet access.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;Would love some guidance on how to regain access to the unleashed dashboard - I read I could try connecting directly to an AP's IP address via a web browser, although I tried connecting to a number of different IP addresses I can find associated with my new router and was unsuccessful.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My current setup is:&lt;BR /&gt;modem/router &amp;gt; ICX 7150-CP12 Switch &amp;gt; two R510 APs&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am calling in from a Lennar home.&amp;nbsp;</description>

Do you have the mobile App loaded on your smartphone? That is
one way to get into your Unleashed GUI. The other way is to scan your network
to get the IP address of your R510s.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;
&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;
In either Apple Mac or Windows 10 you can use the following
command at the command prompt:&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;
&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;
arp -a&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;
&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;
This will produce a list of all of the devices on my home's
network and their corresponding MAC addresses. Just run down the list with your
Mac or Windows browser substituting the IP addresses that you found with the
"arp -a" command and you will get the Unleashed login screen when you
hit the proper IP address.&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;

      <description>Your Mac is connected via Wi-Fi and not wired with an Ethernet cable correct? I ask because none of those MAC addresses are registered to Ruckus. If you do have an Ethernet cable plugged into your Mac just unplug it so that you are for sure going out via your Wi-Fi adapter.&amp;nbsp;</description>

The only time unleashed.ruckuswireless.com will work is if you are connected via Wi-Fi. We are doing a DNS redirection and it might have been taken out of the latest code stream for security reasons.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;</description>

      <description>No that MAC is registered to Google. Is it possible that static IP addresses were placed on the Ruckus products? The only other thing I would recommend is to download a product called "FING" on your Windows PC, run a scan of your 192.168.0.0/24 network to see if that picks up the 2 R510's that are working in your home network.&amp;nbsp;</description>

      <description>Did you just replace the modem/router within the past 24 hours? Perhaps the IP addresses that were given out via the previous modem/router have not timed out yet. Did you power cycle the APs &amp;amp; switch after you replaced the modem/router?&amp;nbsp;</description>

      <description>I did replace the modem/router within the past 24 hours. I tried to reset the master AP via the reset button on the AP itself, but the power button went RED - does that mean I did a hard reset? do I need to reconfigure the Unleashed Network again?</description>

      <description>Oh nevermind - I am now able to connect to the Unleashed Dashboard.&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;After I hit the reset button on the original master AP and the power light went RED, the member AP seems to have become the master AP.&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;Then when I reconnect my mac to the Unleashed network, I was able to connect to unleashed.ruckuswireless.com&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;Looks like some form of power cycle did the trick - thanks for the assist Dan!</description>
