The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. If the Switch boots up on the other partition (Due to a power outage/power spike) which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue. To check the same please follow the below process..&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;Please follow the below steps and help us with the queries,&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;1. To check this issue, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

(Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

Here are answers to your questions and pics below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) yes, two lights are on and can see locations in the pic below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Internet is working and stable. Might be a little slower but wifi for pc and tv do work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) I have 3 access points/R510 connected. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;As I can see from the Picture you shared, there are only 3 Access Points ethernet cables are connected to your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch. There should also be a ethernet cable coming from your ISP (Internet Service Provider) Router/Modem-Router Combo must be connected to &lt;STRONG&gt;any 1 in-12 ports&lt;/STRONG&gt; (as highlighted in the screenshot below).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;We use SSH or Telnet just to get CLI access to the Switch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please use if you have a Windows PC/Laptop instead. That'll be much easier.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
