    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank You for your help. I got first access point working. However I am not sure if my second access point is working.I did the same thing as the first access point by resetting it after I finished the first one.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We just moved to the new home at Lennar homes. Previous owners had the ruckus installed. I need to reset the ruckus wireless extenders. (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Imran,Thanks for the quick response.1) I don't see any amber lights on the switch . All the lights that are on are green. Please see the attached picture of the switch light.2)Internet connection from ISP is very stable and good. I have no issues connecting to wifi thru the router.&lt;BR /&gt;3)I have 2 access points for each floor. First floor has 4 green leds on.. the middle light which says "air is off. In the second floorthe I have 1 amber light on. LED light which says "5g" is amber. and "air" and "CT"L are turned off." I have&amp;nbsp;attached pictures of the access points for both the floors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know if you have questions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also attached the pics in the email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rishi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As I see from the picture you shared, seems like the ethernet cable which is coming from the Router or Modem/Router combo is plugged into the wrong port on the Switch panel. It must be plugged into any 1 in-12 ports as shown in the below screenshot. Please unplug the ethernet cable and plug it into the correct port and &lt;STRONG&gt;I will share a factory reset process of the Access Points in a next post.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new Wi-Fi SSID.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:hsl(0, 75%, 60%);font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;IMPORTANT NOTE:&lt;/U&gt; To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;In your case remove the ethernet cable of the 1st Access Point from the Switch panel, and perform the factory reset on the 2nd Access Point. Once the factory reset configuration gets complete, wait for some time and connect the ethernet cable of the 1st Access Point back to the Switch port.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please perform the factory reset of the Access Points from a Web browser as described below.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please note, we have to perform a factory reset by unplugging other Access Points and keeping only &lt;STRONG&gt;ONE Access Point connected to the Switch on which you are performing a factory reset.&lt;/STRONG&gt; Once the factory reset process is complete we have to &lt;STRONG&gt;just plug the unplugged access point back to the Switch ports and all Access Points will sync with each other in some time.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;In your case remove the ethernet cable of the 1st Access Point from the Switch panel, and perform the factory reset on the 2nd Access Point. Once the factory reset configuration gets complete, wait for some time and connect the ethernet cable of the 1st Access Point back to the Switch port.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
