      <title>Ruckus ICX7150 and APs not powering up</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My device is powering up anymore and has not lights on either. I have tried multiple power cables and power cycled the device and router as well. Online forums suggest to reset it with a pin have not worked either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;As per the case description, I could understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;As you mentioned that you tried reset, once again we will try to reset the Switch as described below:&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;1. Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnect.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;2. Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Remove power from the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Press and hold the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;button while applying power to the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;button.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes everything was working before than one day it just lost power and everything along with it.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes I have tried what the link suggests as well. Normally everything is connected to the ICX switch. But the picture posted was to show you there is absolutely no power going to the ICX, so even if I were to plug the AP's to the ICX there is no power - which is the issue I am having.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
