&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;As you mentioned that you tried reset, once again we will try to reset the Switch as described below:&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;1. Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnect.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;2. Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Remove power from the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Press and hold the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;button while applying power to the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ICX-7150-C12p installed in new Lennar home in late 2018. Today (7/23/2023) the switch stoped working. There are no lights showing anywhere on the switch. I have tried to reset the switch and changed plugs and the lights for the ports are still not lighting up. S/N FEK3205P0MA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In the video you will see me plugging the cord into the rear of the switch and the amber lights flashing on and then going off while I am pushing the reset. The amber lights flashing on show it is plugged in to a working outlet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:16px;"&gt;Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:16px;"&gt;not powering up as we saw in the VIDEO and PICTURES, and when plugged in, it flashes an amber light and then goes dark.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:16px;"&gt; And you confirmed that the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:black;font-size:16px;"&gt;Switch&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:16px;"&gt;is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:16px;"&gt; However, the failure persists. This unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
