      <title>Ruckus ICX7150 stuck or broken?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No power to APs, dont think we had a power surge but it looks like the most possible circumstance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive tried everything, most tutorials are saying to connect via IP, which I cant because when I scan I dont see the switch on the network even though its connected as always.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try and connect via serial, I was able to get into CLI but instead of ICX7150-Router&amp;gt; in the command it says ICX7150-Boot&amp;gt; and doesnt allow commands like enable, show inline power, etc. Just allows me to do things like printenv and whatnot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried setting up TCPT server or whatever and cant get it to connect. Heard it was because i needed to factory reset first, and I did the thing where I hold down the reset when plugging in power so it blinks all amber, but it now just blinks amber indefinitely (its been over an hour).       <description>&lt;P&gt;are there still technical support specialists here?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to get the switch to work by loading in new firmware and then updating to 08090juni but now i have an issue with the ethernet being extremely unstable. Wireless seems so-so, but before this switch went all haywire i was gaming with no issues at all, and now i can barely load up without the internet completely disconnecting me. Can someone help? I have yet to hear on multiple threads from any support specialists at all...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I noticed that for whatever reason, ONLY when I start to try and play a game (such as Valorant or League of Legends), when the game tries to boot up a map and start a game, the ENTIRE internet in the house goes down, including all wifi. It is bizarre. I disabled all my pc firewalls and that hasnt helped, but i think the switch is maybe getting overwhelmed or something and maybe rebooting or just cutting the connection entirely. It says i already generated the RSA key so it keeps saying to zeroize it, which I have no idea what that means. Zeroized, reset, went to boot, did everything in your steps, and tried to login using the WEB GUI again and it didnt work. I also waited overnight, so several hours and no progress. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;When we do it with cable console access to the Switch and reset, it should work. Not sure what is wrong.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;May I please know if you performed the same using Telnet as well?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Also please reset with some new credentials (new username and password) and check. Please share the screenshots of the same.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im not sure, I followed the instructions to the letter. Can you share what responses you get if you run that code? I get the same thing every time I do it. I also changed it to different credentials than "super" and "pass" to see if that works and nothing. I didnt try this via telnet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do want to add that resetting the switch via OS seems to have fixed my issues with the ethernet. I am at the point where I dont want to touch the switch because everything is finally working again... but it feels like it is a rickety old bridge about to collapse.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;And good to know that you have a stable connection at this point.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
