ICX 7150-C12P Switch Rebooting Intermittently

I am having an issue with my switch in that it reboots randomly. Sometimes, it comes back immediately, some other times not so much. I need help getting a replacement or an upgrade.

Please help.

Please let us know how many access points are connected to the switch.

Also please let us know whether you have upgraded the APs to the newer version or not.
