      <title>ICX 7150-C12P has no power</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I previously posted here&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/ICX-Switches/ICX-7150-C12P-has-no-power/m-p/63123" target="_blank"&gt;RUCKUS Forums - Re: ICX 7150-C12P has no power - CommScope RUCKUS Community Forums (ruckuswireless.com)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I was told to reach out for Lennar Homes support. My Ruckus came with the Lennar home that I bought. It has suddenly quit working due to no power. Probably PSU is gone. I'm looking for help with RMA, but as I understand, an engineer from here is supposed to approve the RMA, can someone please help out? &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;From the case description, I could understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:hsl(0, 75%, 60%);font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Could you please try to check by replacing another Power cord with the Switch? In case the current power cord is damaged.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Also, please try to reset the Switch as described below:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;1. Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnect.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;2. Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Remove power from the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Press and hold the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;button while applying power to the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;button.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

It is clearly not having power, the PSU is not working anymore. Please advise how do we move forward from here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
