&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;As you mentioned you have Two Access Points, however, you have only Two cables connected may be one cable from the ISP (Internet Service Provider) Router and another from an Access Point. (Please refer to the below screenshot)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Spectrum router added and now ruckus doesn’t connect</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been months trying to reconnect but Ruckus will not. Spectrum came and updated our router and since then it doesn’t work. All the lights show it’s accurate but something is off.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;1. Was this working before or is it a new installation?&amp;nbsp;If it worked before, was there any power outage before you started facing this issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;2. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

May I know how many Access Points are connected to the Switch?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Could you please let me know the light status on the Access Points? &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;As you mentioned you have Two Access Points and there is only one Access Points cable connected to the Switch. (Below is the picture of the Access Point)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

If yes, please perform a factory reset to your Access Point to create a New Wi-Fi SSID and connect to the Internet via RUCKUS setup.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:16px;"&gt;Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new SSID.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
