      <title>Ruckus will not load based on instructions</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have attempted to reset my ruckus 4 times now following the directions from this page:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-perform-a-Software-recovery-on-an-ICX7150-switch/m-p/47483" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-perform-a-Software-recovery-on-an-ICX7150-switch/m-p/47483&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I run the putty commands, the host will not show as live&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Not Alive.PNG" style="width: 997px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/7573i65F2E6368917988A/image-size/large/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Not Alive.PNG" alt="Not Alive.PNG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have completed these steps multiple times by&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Changing the console cables to ensure the cables are active&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Changed computers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Used multiple ethernet cables to ensure the wire is working, testing the wire as an ethernet connection to my modem and the internet is connecting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe the switch is malfunctioning and requires a RMA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
