      <title>Switch disconnected, now has no config</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello - we had a power outage and the ICX switch is in disconnected mode in Unldeashed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I followed these instructions:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/Switch-Disconnected-After-Power-Outage/m-p/53353#M5215" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/Switch-Disconnected-After-Power-Outage/m-p/53353#M5215&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now when switch boots, it does boot into switch mode. So at this point I'm just missing a config and the switch being active in Unleashed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:14px;"&gt;If there was a blackout or power outage and the switch reboot because of that, most possible your switch starts running the wrong code which we call ‘routing code’ this is a know issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;To solve this issue we need to check whether the switch has connectivity to the access points.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:14px;"&gt;There we are going to see 2 important things the&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:14px;"&gt;MAC address: Physical address of the device this never changes&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:14px;"&gt;An IP address is a unique address (logical) that identifies a device on the internet or a local network like your home (this can change and may not be the same as the one shown on the dashboard)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:14px;"&gt;1- To fix this issue, we must identify the ‘currently’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:14px;"&gt;-We can try the IP address that shows in the dashboard copy and paste it in the URL if that redirects you to the login page for the ICX-7150-C12P that is the correct one if not.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please see my original message at the top: I already performed this procedure and got the switch back into switch mode. When it came back up in switch mode, it gave me the error - again in my original post - about no config being present and no backup of the config.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I just need to know - what do I need to config on the switch to get it recognized by Unleashed? It is clearly functioning as a dumb layer 2 switch right now, but it has no IP address and no other config.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
