      <title>Unable to configure r310</title>

      <description>Hello guys,
&lt;BR /&gt;
I am trying to configure the master r310 for a school im working in,
&lt;BR /&gt;
Manuals are leading me to dead ends...
&lt;BR /&gt;
I have successfully connected to the AP after plugging it in to functional and tested network port, 
&lt;BR /&gt;
But i get no ip addess in my smartphone, tried to do it through the unleashed app but it tells me i have to connect to the network,
&lt;BR /&gt;
I have tried reaching it with ip but I can't find any ip other than my manually configured pc in 192.168.0.55
&lt;BR /&gt;
I dont even see it in arp -a...
&lt;BR /&gt;
I must be doing something really wrong here...
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
I also took it back to home to try and see if it is the network i was working on and same resaults there...
&lt;BR /&gt;
Plus, i couldn't find any relevant guides online</description>

      <description>Hi there,&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;if this is an unleashed ap then after a reset it should come up with an ssid saying configure me XXXXX.&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;from from there can you connect to that ssid and goto a browser and then goto unleashed.ruckuswireless.com this should take you to the we gui.&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;PS dont use the app its balls &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;</description>

Problem is that  when i connect to the Configure.me wireless network, the connected device gets no ip and i'm not able to reach any where, tried that too...</description>

      <description>Interesting,&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;when you connect using the unleashed.ruckus..... link usually works,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;I have had an access point that got its firmware a bit broken from a faulty flash that indeed did this,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;has this unit been an unleashed ap all its life or has it been flashed from a non unleashed variant?&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;</description>

      <description>It's new, i have unboxed it connected it, and than nothing happend, nowirless network,  couldn't find it with ip also,

I than did a factory reset and only then i could see the Configure.me</description>

      <description>Shai,&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Do you have a working LAN network, with a router providing DHCP and def-gw address?If you connect your PC to a switch port, does it get an IP address and Internet access?&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; You do need to have a working LAN with def-gw for your Unleashed network APs to get started.And yes, you need to start on the wireless Configure.me of the first AP, to configure Unleashedfor other APs to connect to.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Initial Unleashed setup info is in this KBA-5204.</description>

The LAN is working, as i said, i plugged it in a functional and tested port, when i connect a pc to this port i have internet access,&lt;BR /&gt;
When i connect the ap to the port, and than i connect my smartphone or my laptop to the Configure.me wirless network, i get no IP address and of course no internet access, from what i understand from the manuals and from your comments, the device is faulty,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
Thing is that i testes 2 completely new APs..</description>

      <description>I did try going to the link.&lt;BR /&gt;The manual that comes with the AP actually says i should set a static ip on 192.168.0.22/24 and than go to 192.168.0.1 on the web browser, but that didn't work either&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Tried the link method from both smartphone and laptop&lt;BR /&gt;
And i have also disabled any other virtual adapters for any case, left only wifi adapter enabled</description>

      <description>No, the configure.me-xxyyzz wlan was not open auth,&lt;BR /&gt;
Also after factory reset, found here in the forum the answer for that though,&lt;BR /&gt;
I had to enter s/n of the ap the gain access to the network,&lt;BR /&gt;
Unleashed.ruckuswireless.com doesn't work,&lt;BR /&gt;
Pc get's APIPA ip address,&lt;BR /&gt;
Unleashed admin url is different or is it the same one?</description>

      <description>Problem solved, the product was delivered with a different firmware, it got ip address from dhcp which somehow i missed... Any way, loaded unleashed image and than every thing ran great, thank you for your time and help!</description>
