Hello, i have new AP R700 & ZD 3000
FW 9.7.0.0 build 220, i know what i can't add this, because fw is to old. Needed 9.8 fw and above. Where i can take a new fw for connect ap to controller ?

You will need to upgrade step by step (from older to most newer version) until the version of firmware you need.

Thank you i downloaded it and upgrade to 9.8.0.0.373 R700 added to controller
but after upgrade i see this

Hi this message is only for support license ,if you don't need this don't worry ,personnaly this message appear on my ZD since 2years ,and i can use it without problem 😉

Hello I have a zd1200 and an access point t301s, and I can not add the access point on the controller, although I ping is well between the ap and the controller, the access point is new and updating On the controller is 9.12

i acced to the ap by ssh and I notice that the command "set director ip" does not exist, it existe only the commande ''set scg ip"

"set scg ip" means that use firmware Smartzone/vSZ.
Reset your ap t301 and go to 192.168.0.1. change to firmware standalone t301s. try again ssh "set director ip"

1. Reset the AP : you can see the reset button on the side of port AP
2. Go to 192.168.0.1 and upgrade to standalone firmware
