Hi Jack,

Android 11 GA was released on September 2020 and I think your ZD is running on 9.x version which is very old. It is possible that device signature has been changed for Android 11 and ZD is unable to identify it.

Please upgrade the ZD to 10.2.1 or later version and device policy should work.

Download 10.2.1.0.192 from the below link and yes, it does supports R310.

i'm sorry but:

i am using version 10.4.1.0 build 238 on zd1200 with r550

and still it does NOTrecognize android 11

do you have a resolution?

i would like to make it clearer and point out that if i disable "device policy" then everything is fine!

i am configuring in "device policy" that only android OS can connect to the ssid and it does not recognize android version 11!

Hi @maor_gorin ,

Please confirm the controller/AP software version.

If application recognition database is old (usually old software version of controller will not have the new device version signature package, which was released later than controller's own version) than controller will not be able to identify the device signature, thus device will be blocked by device policy.
