Our ZD1200 stopped booting, wild guess is something with storage. There is a backup of this unit. ordered a new ZD1200 and tried to restore. Unfortunately the config can not be restored due to firmware version mismatch.

- Broken ZD1200 firmware is not known

- New ZD1200 firmware version is 9.13.3.0 build 41

The firmware seems to be binary making it difficult to find the firmware version used when the backup was created. Any ideas on how to get the backup restored?

Hi Mark,

Only Ruckus support can decrypt the backup file and find the version of it.

Please open a support case and provide the backup file to them. They should be able to help you on this.
