We're still adjusting a few things after the cutover (downloads/documents), but otherwise the new site is up and operational Enjoy!

The contents of this forum are un-affected. However we will be making a change to the user interface shortly to provide an even better community experience!

It is looking great!

Some late feedback:
* The zf 7962 has three images that are 7762 not 7962.
* In the section with technical documents/details, when there are multiple images for a product, the sliding between images is a little slower than I expect.
* The zf7025 is showing only one (US) type, while there is also a WW/EU type that looks different.

New support site does not display correctly with IE 9, this is a major problem.

Hi Paul,

Sorry about the trouble. Yes, the site is designed for IE10/IE11. It's likely that we won't be able to produce a satisfactory experience for IE8 or earlier (and still handle 20+ other browser versions) due to issues with Javascript rendering in that release (and earlier), but we will see if we can have it degrade a little more gracefully.

[And yes..we're aware that the product GUI has troubles with the modern versions..same underlying problem, different use-case]

IE8/9 users should see a significantly improved experience now (but don't let that stop you from upgrading!)
