However, I can &lt;EM&gt;reply&lt;/EM&gt; to an existing topic publicly just fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Greetings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;I have a case open (#01151566) because I've been unable to create a new post in the Ruckus Community Forums.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Support suggested posting here to help diagnose the problem. When I click the &lt;STRONG&gt;Post&lt;/STRONG&gt; button, I get a &lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;"403 Forbidden"&lt;/EM&gt; error in my browser's Javascript console (tested in multiple browsers, including "private" browser windows), and the web page says &lt;EM&gt;"Failed to save conversation. Please try again."&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
