 - if you ask separate questions they'll be easier for other customers to see as needing an answer. It's hard to tell when they are all in the same thread.

 - It also makes the question (and answer) easier to find later, making it more valuable for adding to our knowledge
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;STRONG&gt;Tell us what product and version of software is being used&lt;/STRONG&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
- Without that, we may not be able to identify known issues
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;STRONG&gt;Give any other context&lt;/STRONG&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
- For example - what clients are being used, what changed recently, etc.</description>
