    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! I need assistance.&amp;nbsp; Our Ruckus router will not reboot.&amp;nbsp; Tried going through CHAT feature to order a replacement. Now they want the "approval link" for the RMA request from the Engineer.&amp;nbsp; I did not receive any approval.&amp;nbsp; The CHAT feature did not provide any live person.&amp;nbsp; It only made me put in my shipping and contact information.&amp;nbsp; Then stops.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
