      <description>&lt;P&gt;Call a local mobile computer technician. Send them the link to the document in advance so that they know what to do to fix your problem. Even if Ruckus could provide you free tech support over the phone, they cannot fix this problem for you if you don’t have a computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Think of it like your car breaking down once it’s out of warranty. You don’t expect free support from the car manufacturer, you pay a mechanic if you don’t have the knowledge and tools to do the work yourself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
