      <description>You might need to contact Tech Support with a copy of your ZD Debug Info file.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.ruckuswireless.com/contact-us" rel="nofollow"&gt;https://support.ruckuswireless.com/contact-us&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;(from Administer/Diagnostics page, it helps if you had Web Server checked under&lt;BR /&gt;Debug Logs, if you can try it again?)</description>
