    <description>We're working on a pretty major update based on customer feedback, usability analysis and some new features we want to launch. But just to make sure we're not missing anything big thought I would open the discussion. Updates planned include:
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;faster/easier navigation, video help
&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;New Case Wizard and Case Management options&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Better asset visibility and registration
&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;License activation portal
&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Support activation portal
&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;"Linkup" feature (add colleagues to your account)
&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Warranty/Support lookup tool
&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
And of course we continue adding Knowledge Base articles, How-to's and other great content as well.
