Every once in a while in random intervals Ruckus will reboot? i cannot even call it a reboot cause its not an actual power cycle but more 30 seconds of non connectivity.

Is this an Unleashed AP or vSZ managed. If you could share the support log of this AP either here or DM me I could further help as above logs would not be of much use.

Is this AP powered up via poe port or adapter ? The logs states issue with power only, if this is connected to a switch can we get some logs from switch or try powering this AP via adapter. You can also try changing the AP port to power on/cabling.

Powering via adapter unfortunately is not do-able due to the location of the AP.

You can also try changing the AP port to power on/cabling.

One strange thing I noticed is that the last reboot happened on 3rd august but in the latest logs it shows uptime as 8days. Can you try changing the cables of the AP and give it a try also swapping to a new port on switch ?

R650 access point unleashed version (updated version )

issue is
2.4 and 5 ghz radio is enabled but some of the clients only connecting in the 5 ghz radio and most of them are connecting in the 2.4 ghz radio , if they are standing directly below the ap also they are connecting in 2.4 ghz only why? what is the reason ?

in their existing ap quantum all the users are using 5ghz then why cant they connect in ruckus r650 kindly clearify this issue asap

i have tried disabling the wifi 6 and tried - no change
i have tried enabling 5 ghz only and the users other then 5ghz can't view the ssid

This happened to me too, after I upgraded to 200.15. I went back to 200.14 and it has been good. Under logs, it would say application reboot, but I never rebooted it. And it would do this randomly and never got 2 days uptime… but when I reverted everything has been stable
