&lt;P&gt;Please confirm if you are a Lennar owner.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also confirm the impacted AP model, type of solution you are using (Unleashed, RUCKUS Cloud, ZD, etc).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If device's power LED is not glowing stable or flashing green, this means device either has some power connection issue or device is faulty.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try to verify cabling, power adaptor and confirm if power LED is glowing or not. Also confirm it's status.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After the storm my Ruckus device went offline. No yellow or green lights on the device. How do I fix it ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried restarting, unplugging, etc. Still does not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
