r310 does not save the configuration

Good morning, I have a Ruckus R310 with Unleashed, when I configure it, there are times that it saves the configuration or other times it restarts to the unconfigured state. And the times that it manages to record the configuration, after 1 or 2 reboots, the recording is lost and it returns to its unconfigured state.

Sorry to hear about the trouble.

Could you confirm the Unleashed software version?

A factory reset and upgrade to latest firmware may help. Just try it once and let us know how it goes.

esta con la ultima version : 200.7.10.202.127, tengo otros R310 con la misma version y no tienen problemas.

He reiniciado varias veces a fabrica y nada.

It is with the latest version: 200.7.10.202.127, I have other R310 with the same version and they have no problems.

I've done a few factory resets and nothing.

If you are on the 200.7 version then it should work fine.

Try a factory reset (using physical reset button) and setup the AP again. See this stabilize the AP or not.
