Virtual SmartZone 6.0 with ICX switches at firmware SPS08095bc switches are rebooting randomly

We have ICX switches rebooting randomly at firmware SPS08095bc without warning. Looking at the event logs of the affected switches it just states it has lost connection to the controller and then reboots. This seems like some sort of recovery mechanism like an AP might do. Has anyone else experienced this and do you know of a fix? Our vendor with working with Ruckus support

Hi Ken,

I have checked this internally and there is no known issue which should be causing switch reboot.

Please collect the show tech and open a case with support team.

Did you ever get this resolved? We are running into the same issue with anything SPS08095b and above.

No it didnt and still is occurring
