I'm embarrassed to say that I found the answer right after I posted the question. Once I updated the Zone Director, I found where to define those access restrictions.

Thanks so much for the replies!

Is it possible to have an open wireless network which blocks all mobile phones (iOS/android) from connecting, and only allows computers (Mac OS X/Windows,etc)? The idea would be that anyone can connect with a computer and no one can connect from a phone. No logins.

Currently the open network allows all devices, regardless of OS
Thanks!

I haven't tried it myself, but this should work:

Go to access control, Device Access Policy. Create a policy (don't forget to press OK):

Now go to wlan, advanced options. Select the device policy in the Access Control section of the advanced options:

See if it works.
