Hi,

From where i can find the below document. we need to submit to IGA to release the equipment from customs.

Products: R510, R310, R610, T310c and SZ100

Declaration of Conformity

· * Radio test report

· * Dealing in Wireless Equipment License

· Frequency Declaration (*Mandatory for 5GHz Equipment)

· Type Approval Certificate issued from another countries

· * Technical description

· Safety test reports

· Electromagnetic Compatibility report

SZ-100 Declaration of Conformity can be found here.

You can also contact Ruckus aurtorized partner or your regional Ruckus system engineer, who should have access to our certificate portal which has all the certificate information for all the products. Access is limited to partners and Ruckus System engineers.

Hi Omer,

several time we send email to Ruckus Distributor , they are saying waiting from ruckus to get the document.

Hi Bino,

Please escalate the issue to distributor's higher management and also ask them to provide the Ruckus Regional System Engineer contact.

If none of the above helps, please open a support can and they will help you.
