6PM-Midnight PST

Attention Community Participants,

Get Satisfaction will be performing critical system updates on January 3, 2015 from 6PM to Midnight PST. During this time, all Get Satisfaction sites and services will be unavailable. All requests to the site will return a maintenance page during the system update window. This scheduled maintenance includes web, moderation, mobile, Facebook, widgets, and all custom integrations.

We apologize for any inconvenience and have scheduled this maintenance at a time that has the least impact to you, our valued customers.
