topic New Firmware announcements in Community and Online Support Services

Alongside Ruckus wifi we also sell/use Palo Alto firewalls. Palo Alto will email you when new firmware is available for a paticular device you may have subscribed.

You then have to login to the Palo online support portal to read the full details /release notes, known issues etc.

It would be great if we could have something similar for Ruckus Equipment., Or the devices themselves be able to announce updates are available when logging in. The experiance is very much a pull experiance rather than push.

I'm not asking for automated updates, I'm asking for some form of notification.

If something like this does exist , could someone point me at it 🙂
