Why does ZD show this msg for SCI?

Hi.

I have configured setting for SCI 3.x and ZD(9.13.x).

But ZD is shown below message sa "but login sci failed.

I have configure setting correctly between SCI and ZD.

Why does ZD show this message?

Hi

Try without 443 port number on both SCI and ZD, make sure System ID is same on both ends.

Hi Jeronimo,

Could you provide the exact version numbers for SCI and ZD? I can see that you are trying to use the ZD push feature which is only supported in SCI 3.2 and later.
