    <description>&lt;P&gt;Please be advised, a software upgrade to the Ruckus Cloud&lt;BR /&gt;Services environment will begin tomorrow, Tuesday February 23 at 8:00AM PST.
The expected downtime will last 6 hours. From a customer perspective, this will
only impact the management portal, which will be unavailable until the upgrade
process has completed. There will be no rebooting required of APs as a result
of these changes.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This upgrade will result in:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
Establishment of a new primary URL, &lt;A href="https://cloud.ruckuswireless.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;https://cloud.ruckuswireless.com&lt;/A&gt; to
access the system.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We will continue to support &lt;A href="https://elastigirl.ruckuswireless.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;https://elastigirl.ruckuswireless.com&lt;/A&gt;
via a URL redirect mechanism through our GA launch.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
Cloud services stability improvements via high
availability infrastructure and software improvements.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
Improvements due to bug fixes, with
prioritization inputs from both Customer Support and DevOps, based on your
ongoing feedback and product interactions.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;A follow up communication will be sent out notifying you of
completion of the software upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;
