      <description>Since the weekend I have been unable to log into the Cloud dashboard&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;A alt="" href="https://cloud.ruckuswireless.com/redirector?region=EU" name="" rel="nofollow" target="" title="" type="" value=""&gt;https://cloud.ruckuswireless.com/redirector?region=EU&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I only get "KFM only" displayed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried using another internet connection and device (at home) and have the same outcome.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm based in the UK.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there an issue at the moment?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Phil</description>

      <description>Hi Phil,&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;Thanks for your reply.&amp;nbsp; Since my initial post I've logged a support case and it's been prioritised internally to a P1 (the highest level).&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;In the interim you can use: &lt;A alt="" href="https://cloud-eu.ruckuswireless.com/" name="" rel="nofollow" target="" title="httpscloud-euruckuswirelesscom" type="" value=""&gt;https://cloud-eu.ruckuswireless.com&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've checked with my own Cloud account and this works fine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'll let you know as soon as the final solution has been implemented.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Darrel.&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;</description>
