HI,

Does Cloud WiFi support 2 step authentication for the Admin using TXT message?
Also can you have 2 Admins?

Hi Scott,

Currently there isn't two step authentication available for Admin login in Ruckus Cloud, but this is good to have; Cloud Top Guns are here too I would leave this to them to answer, but if you know some local SE I would request you to have a Feature Request made through them if not no worries.

To answer another question yes, there can be two admins to your cloud account, please check Admin settings and add in second admin's email. Let me check exact settings on Ruckus Cloud and keep this post updated.

Please find the screenshot below.

If you are using trial account then you would not be able to add another admin. if you are not then you should be able to add another.

Is SAML supported for admin authentication with Ruckus CloudWiFi?
Looks like CloudPath does support SAML.
