      <description>I don't understand "this Manager with my hotspot solution".&amp;nbsp; If you have a ticket open with Support, you can always request "escalation".</description>

      <description>Hello, the "Cloud Alpha Server", is our Engineering test environment, which is changing all the time.&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;Do not assume or expect anything being tested in this environment to be the same in our production.&lt;BR /&gt;Please test in the production environment.</description>
