    <description>Some APs need to be loaded with an older firmware to connect to cloud. Sounds pretty backwards, but this is the case. Check to make sure your AP doesn't need older firmware.&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;</description>

      <description>When we setup a ruckus AP in the Ruckus Cloud Wifi console, it starts the proccess of registration, but then just appear it in the console with this message: disconnected from cloud.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The AP cannot be access by console with default ip, we must reset the AP to default settings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If we try to setup the AP again, the error appear, this happens with others APs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The model of AP is R510.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Somebody can help us please?</description>
