Rucks cloud Controller

Hi,

I am very new Rucks.

We are using R550 AP as Standalone mode.we want to connect it to cloud controller.

what needs to be done ? Should we need to buy any additional licenses ? How can i check license status on my existing AP.

These are the main steps to onboard your R550 into RUCKUS One (cloud controller):

1. Setup your RUCKUS One account

2. Firewall configuration

Make sure the following Ports and URLs are not blocked by the Firewall:

3. Prepare your AP to join RUCKUS One

Download the R550 AP firmware 118.2.0.0.875 standalone/solo version:

Then, follow the next steps to perform the firmware update:

4. Add the AP into your RUCKUS One account

Once the license is activated, login to RUCKUS One with your account: https://ruckus.cloud/

Then, proceed with adding the AP:
