    <description>&lt;P&gt;hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as for as I can understand, the only way to change dot1x radius timeout on ruckus AP is connecting to the ap via ssh and using the radius-server timeout command;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but I read somewhere cloud connected AP cannot be accessed trough ssh.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;where is the error?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Ruckus cloud APs ssh access though is available for customers but the password to login is only limited to Ruckus support and engineering. You would need to open a support case for assistance. Please follow below to create a support ticket :&lt;/P&gt;
