Swipe Login failed

I have installed the latest Android Swipe app, and when I try login even using the vSZ Controller IP address, the Login Fails. I have ensures ports 8443 and 7443 are open. Any other suggestions. ?

Can you please share the vSZ version and swipe version in use. Also what is your device type and its OS ?

vSZ 5.1.2.0.302 and Swipe 2.6.38.7

Device is android Samsung a32

The swipe is on latest version so I would test this myself/check this internally and get back to you.
