      <title>Unable to connect to newly created Network</title>

      <description>Ruckus Unleashed 510.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I went to through the popup screen to set up my new Ruckus AP and after setup there is an authentication failure that would not let me connect to the new created wireless network.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I already tried the hard factory reset and it does not go to the Configure-me-xxxx screen, it still recognizes the wireless network I created.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can I reset my password?&lt;BR /&gt;How can I revert the AP to go back to "Configure-me-xxx" wireless network so I can attempt another set up using the app?</description>

      <description>Hi&amp;nbsp;Darrel,&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;Yes, the AP is being connected&amp;nbsp;via an Ethernet cable. I have already tried the hard reset and am not getting the AP to revert to factory default settings.&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;Can you please advise how I can reset the password for the created network? Or other solutions to get the brand new AP working?&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;&lt;BR alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /&gt;I'm at the very beginning stages in trying to connect this.</description>
