&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Follow the below steps to activate virtual licenses via support portal&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;UL&gt; 
 &lt;LI&gt;Customer to open the License Purchase Acknowledgement (SPA) email that was received from Ruckus/Disti/VAR for the order&lt;/LI&gt; 
 &lt;LI&gt;Login to Ruckus support portal: &lt;A href="https://support.ruckuswireless.com"&gt;https://support.ruckuswireless.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt; 
 &lt;LI&gt;Click on&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Activate Purchase&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt; 
 &lt;LI&gt;Enter the activation code "LIC-123456-AAA-BBB-CCC" in the box&lt;/LI&gt; 
 &lt;LI&gt;Review the order, accept the terms and conditions and click on&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Activate Purchase&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt; 
 &lt;LI&gt;The licenses are bound to the LiMAN license pool and are available for the customer to add them on the virtual controller&lt;/LI&gt;
