I'm getting frequent restarts for one of the R750 AP's with error: "target fail detect". Sometimes the AP is restarting with reason: application reboot. 6 clients connected.
802.3at PoE is fine. Firmware is: 200.8.10.3.243 Speedtest between master and member indicate 0% packet loss. 955mbit down, 730mbit up. Any idea what could be wrong?

Hi Rikard,

Is this a new setup? If not, when did you upgrade the software version?
Did you had the same issue in previous version?
How may R750 APs are having this issue?
Is this observed on other models as well?
Do you have Preferred Master set?

We might need the Himem logs from the AP which are facing issue, it would be great if you can create a support case on this so that the TAC team can assist you on this.

Hi Sanjay,
This is a new setup with 3 R750 so we don't have an experience history of previous firmwares.
I don't think Preferred Master is set.
The other two R750 does not exhibit this rebooting behavior.
To create a support case, do I need to have a support license for this?

Hi Rikard,

Since the APs are recently purchased, they should be still in warranty. Please contact the support on the below link to create a case.

https://support.ruckuswireless.com/contact-us
