&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Ruckus Cloud APs operate on SmartZone code-train firmware and any version in the SZ5.2 AP code will automatically connect to Ruckus Cloud.&amp;nbsp; It's likely SZ 5.1.2 AP software and onwards will also connect automatically.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Standalone AP firmware 114 will also automatically connect to Ruckus Cloud.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;If you are having connectivity issues and your APs are not connecting to Ruckus Cloud, I would recommend you check your firewall and router ports configuration.       <title>R710 and Cloud</title>

      <description>&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;I have Two R710 and Cloud account. Recently R710, disconnecting(heart beat lost) and another R710 is connecting to cloud at all. Kindly suggest me which firmware will work for Ruckus cloud. R710 firmware and cloud versions mentioned below.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
